Crossroads Strength & Fitness, LLC at the Schuylkill Racquet Club offers high intensity interval training style workouts. 
Coached classes are Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.; 6:00 a.m on Friday and Saturdays at 8:00 a.m.
